Texas Attorney General
Brian Moore is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in both civil litigation and consumer protection. Currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Attorney General's Office since November 2014, Brian has focused on complex civil litigation in the Medicaid Fraud Division and consumer protection matters. Additionally, Brian holds the position of Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas School of Law, teaching Financial Methods for Lawyers since January 2019. As a Major in the Judge Advocate General's Corps, Brian serves as Brigade Judge Advocate for the 176th Engineer Brigade of the Texas National Guard. Prior to current roles, Brian was the Chief Operating and Legal Officer at Five Hills LLC, where responsibilities included managing a successful business in satellite communications support. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Government from McMurry University.
