Jamie Kirk is a board-certified business bankruptcy attorney with extensive experience in the DFW metroplex, currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Attorney General since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jamie operated a private practice where representation included trustees, creditors, and debtors across various federal and state court matters related to bankruptcy. Previous positions include attorney roles at Hayward PLLC, Allen Stewart, P.C., Joyce W. Lindauer, PLLC, Baker McKenzie, and Special Counsel, focusing on complex bankruptcy issues and litigation. Jamie holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and German from Indiana State University.
