Joe O'Neill

Joe O'Neill is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Texas Attorney General's Office since December 2021. Prior to this role, Joe O'Neill was an Assistant District Attorney at the Travis County District Attorney’s Office from February 2018 and held similar positions at the Hunt County District Attorney's Office and Hunt County Attorney's Office. Joe O'Neill began the legal career as a Legal Intern in the Criminal Trial Division of the Bexar County District Attorney's Office. Joe O'Neill earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from St. Mary's University School of Law between 2009 and 2012.
