John Hernandez

John Hernandez is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General for the Consumer Protection Division at the Texas Attorney General's Office since October 2023. Previously, John held positions as a Litigation Associate at Dykema, Dorsey & Whitney LLP, and McGinnis Lochridge, gaining extensive litigation experience.
