Karmah Stokes

Karmah Stokes is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Texas Attorney General's Office since November 2019, following a role as a Temporary Assistant Attorney General in the Child Support Division. In addition, Karmah has been an Adult Education Instructor at the Harris County Department of Education since October 2018. Previous experience includes serving as a Law Student Assistant at the Texas A&M School of Law Wills & Estates Clinic, where responsibilities involved hosting wills clinics and assisting with probate processes, and interning at various legal organizations, including the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney's Office and the Office of the Attorney General. Karmah holds a Juris Doctor degree from Texas A&M University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Texas Tech University.
