Sahrish Soleja

Sahrish Soleja is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Texas Attorney General's office since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sahrish worked as a Litigation Associate at Winstead PC from July 2022 to May 2024 and as an Associate Attorney at Gray Reed between August 2020 and May 2022. Sahrish's legal career began in the judiciary, with clerkships for Judge E. Lee Morris in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas and for (Ret.) Judge Karen K. Brown in the Southern District of Texas, following earlier positions as a Contract Litigation Attorney and externships. Sahrish holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law and has also earned a 40 Hour Mediation Certification from the University of Houston Law Center, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
