Tiara J. has a diverse work experience in human resources and healthcare staffing. Tiara began their career in 2016 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aveanna Healthcare, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined Emergency Staffing Solutions as a Physician Recruiter, but left in 2020 to work as a Healthcare Recruiter at American Health Staffing Group. Currently, Tiara is the HR Director at Texas Auto Value, a position they have held since November 2019.

Tiara J. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Sciences with a focus on Family and Community Sciences from Prairie View A&M University from 2013 to 2016.
