Buddy Brasseaux

Buddy Brasseaux is responsible for leading service functions ranging from our Relationship Associates team to client onboarding, client contact center, and banking center functions. Operationally his scope covers all deposits, treasury management, and lending activities, including support of our Mortgage Finance business. Additionally, he is responsible for all technology and program management at the bank. He joined Texas Capital Bank in January 2016 as Head of Operations.

Prior to joining Texas Capital Bank, Brasseaux was with Bank of America for 13 years in a number of roles. He led Sales Performance & Support for Commercial Middle Market, which focused on companies with annual revenue from $50 million to $2 billion. He also led major initiatives in both Treasury Management and Procurement, in addition to multiple merger & acquisition transitions. Prior to Bank of America, Brasseaux spent 12 years at Accenture in the Financial Services practice.

Brasseaux received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
