Justin Carter

Justin Carter, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President, HR Business Partner and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead at Texas Capital Bank, where responsibilities include acting as a strategic HR partner for Corporate Banking and Real Estate and leading diversity initiatives across the organization. Additionally, Justin is a Founding Board Member and Secretary of the DFW Collective of Black Employee Resource Groups. Previous roles include serving as a Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner at Ansira, HR Partner at Amazon, and Human Resources Business Partner at Allstate, among others. Justin's early career included positions such as SMB Account Executive at Gartner and Sr. Guest Service Team Leader at Target. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida Gulf Coast University, supplemented by leadership experience as Student Government Vice President.
