Teresa Elizondo

Teresa Elizondo, BSN, RN, CPN, BCCM, currently serves as the RN Care Manager at Texas Children's Hospital, overseeing the Care Coordination Team for the Complex Care Clinic since July 2019. Prior to this role, Teresa worked as an Emergency Room Nurse at the same institution from July 2011 to May 2015, where responsibilities included trauma care, triage, and serving as a preceptor. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Houston.
