Dana Jenschke

Dana Jenschke is an experienced professional in the field of nutrition and contract management, currently serving as a Senior Contract Specialist at the Texas Department of Agriculture since August 2014. In this role, Dana acts as the program lead and subject matter expert for the School Nutrition Program, providing complex technical assistance to organizations and internal staff. Previously, Dana held positions as Contract Specialist III and Program Eligibility Specialist at the Texas Department of Agriculture, and as a Food and Nutrition Operator at Dell Children's Medical Center, where dietary care plans were developed for patients. Dana’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Texas Christian University and further training at The University of Texas at Austin in 2018.
