Ray Hagler, MPO, MHO, has extensive law enforcement and investigative experience, currently serving as an Investigator V at the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles since November 2014, where responsibilities include processing and resolving complaints related to oversize and overweight motor carriers. Ray has held various roles in law enforcement, including Reserve Captain at Celeste Police Department and previous positions such as Police Officer and Captain at Olney Police Department and Samson Park Police Department. Notably, as Chief of Police for the City of Reno, Ray managed departmental operations, budgets, and inter-departmental activities.
