David McMillan

David McMillan currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at the Texas Department of Transportation, a position held since November 2014. Prior to this role, David operated as a business owner and consultant in business development from June 2008 to November 2014, also holding the title of Vice President of Business Development at STL Medical Supply during the same period. David holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Edward's University, which was completed between 2007 and 2009.
