James Schutte

James Schutte has worked in various project and program management roles throughout their career. James began at Mintech Environmental Engineers as a Consultant for regulatory compliance project management. James then moved to Western Wireless as a Project Manager in Engineering & Operations before transitioning to Dell as a Project Manager in Enterprise Software Development. James later joined Advanced Micro Devices as a Senior Program Coordinator in the Embedded Division. James'sexperience continued at VisionWeb, where they held roles as a National Accounts Manager, Business Development Project Manager, and Customer Success Program Manager. Most recently, they worked at Mitel as a Senior Program Manager, managing cross-functional teams to deliver software and hardware projects. Currently, they are working at the Texas Department of Transportation as the IT TxDOT Connect - Delivery Lead.

James Schutte has a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Oklahoma (1989-1994) and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business (1999-2001). James has also obtained various certifications in business process improvement, project management, agile frameworks, and scrum.
