Quoc-Tuan Tran

Quoc-Tuan Tran has extensive experience in traffic operations and management, currently serving as a Traffic Signal Transportation Specialist III at the Texas Department of Transportation since May 2024. Previously held the role of Traffic Operations Center Specialist at the City of Irving from May 2022 to April 2024 and worked as a Traffic Systems Technician 2 at the Texas Department of Transportation from July 2020 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes positions at the City of Corona, where responsibilities involved maintaining and repairing traffic signals and systems. Quoc-Tuan began their career as an Engineering Intern at Guiang Corporation, leading a team on an Xbox Kinect project. Quoc-Tuan earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2013.
