Theodore R. Crystian III

Theodore R. Crystian III, M.S., is an experienced environmental project planner currently employed at the Texas Department of Transportation since April 2024, where responsibilities include consulting on project refinement to mitigate environmental impacts. With a diverse background, Crystian has also served as Chief Executive Officer of WAVZ, LLC since January 2017, and previously held roles such as Warehouse Manager at Lucky Heart Cosmetics, Inbound Shipping Group Lead at Trane Technologies, and Quality Control Supervisor at Warren Oil Company.
