Brenda Quintanilla

Brenda Quintanilla, PhD, is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in instructional technology, distance learning, and faculty development. Currently serving as a Board Member at Large and Past President of the Texas Digital Learning Association, Brenda has managed initiatives to support over 1,000 members. In the role of Regional Manager at Houston Community College, Brenda oversees multiple learning labs and innovative instructional practices across five campuses. As an Adjunct Professor at Sul Ross State University, Brenda teaches online courses for the M.Ed. program in Educational Instructional Technology. Previous positions include Senior Education Technology Specialist at Houston ISD and Secondary Instructional Technologist at Crosby Independent School District, where Brenda developed and implemented various technology integration programs. Brenda holds a PhD in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas and has contributed to numerous projects aimed at enhancing digital learning environments across multiple educational institutions.
