Harriet E. Watkins

Harriet Watkins, EdD, is an experienced educational leader currently serving as a Board Member for the United States Distance Learning Association and as Immediate Past President for the Texas Digital Learning Association. As Chief Academic Officer at Instructional Connections, LLC since April 2018, Harriet has played a pivotal role in academic leadership. Previous leadership positions include President of the International Leadership Council for Golden Key International Honour Society and Director of Online Learning at the University of Arkansas System eVersity. With a solid foundation in instructional design and distance education, Harriet has contributed extensively to the operational success of various educational initiatives throughout their career. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Distance Education from Regent University and a Master’s in Instructional Technology from American InterContinental University.
