Jose Delgado

Jose Delgado has extensive experience in the banking and credit union industry. Jose is currently serving as the SVP - Chief Banking Officer at TDECU, where they provide strategic leadership for consumer banking, lending, and small business services. Prior to this, they worked at VyStar Credit Union as the SVP Branch Services, overseeing the member experience within the branch network. Jose also served as the VP Operations at VyStar Credit Union. In addition, Jose held various leadership positions at Golden 1 Credit Union, Bank of Oklahoma, TransFund, BBVA Compass, Fiserv, Chase, Bank of America, and EFTI. Their roles at these organizations involved driving member solutions, enhancing the member experience, managing branch delivery strategies, and overseeing operations, among other responsibilities. Overall, Jose Delgado brings a wealth of expertise in retail banking, member services, and strategic planning.

From 1986 to 1990, Jose Delgado attended Saint Louis University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing and International Business. Following that, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Webster University, specializing in Marketing and Business Administration.
