Tiffany C. Britton, Esq. has a diverse work experience in various legal and compliance roles. Currently, they serve as the Director - Labor and Employment Counsel at TDECU. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Employee Relations and HR Compliance at TDECU. Before joining TDECU, they were a Senior Associate at Stewart Law Group PLLC. Tiffany C. also worked as the Director of Labor Relations at HCA Healthcare and as the Associate Director of Labor and Employee Relations at Otis Elevator Company. In addition, they have served as the First Assistant City Attorney for the City of North Miami Beach and as the Senior Executive Legal Advisor at Miami Parking Authority. Tiffany C. began their legal career as an Assistant City Attorney - Police Legal Advisor for the City of Miami Gardens - City Attorney's Office. Before that, they were an Assistant State Attorney at the 11th Judicial Circuit - Miami Dade State Attorney's Office. Tiffany C. also gained experience as an Associate at Clyne & Associates, P.A.

Tiffany C. Britton, Esq. obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Michigan. Tiffany C. then went on to pursue their legal education at Texas Southern University—Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in 2001.

In addition to their degrees, Tiffany has obtained several certifications. In 2003, they obtained the "Florida" certification from the State Bar of Florida. Later, in 2012, they obtained the "Texas" certification from the State Bar of Texas. More recently, in July 2019, they obtained the "Certified Change Management" certification from Prosci.
