Val Benavidez

Val Benavidez serves as the President and Executive Director at Texas Freedom Network. Prior to this role, Val held various leadership positions at organizations including League of Young Voters and PROTEX: Network for Progressive Texas. Val also has experience in advocacy, program management, and coalition building within the nonprofit sector. Val holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Mexican American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
