Ciro A. Barragan

Ciro A. Barragan has worked as a Vice President at both The Bank of San Antonio and IBC Bank. Ciro A. joined IBC Bank in January 2002 and held this role until August 2021. Ciro A. then moved to The Bank of San Antonio, where they currently serve as Vice President, starting in August 2021.

Ciro A. Barragan's education history begins with their completion of a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1996 to 2000. Ciro A. then pursued further education at the SW Graduate School of Banking, where they obtained their degree in SMU COX from 2023 to 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Ciro A. Barragan has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional qualifications.
