Luis Jr Tibayan is an accomplished Application Developer and Domain Lead at Texas Instruments since May 2009, specializing in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, deployment, and support of web-based applications while collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle. Previously, Luis worked as a Web Application Developer at Acestar Solutions and Trading Inc. from April 2008 to May 2009, developing application systems for manufacturing, quality, and HR based on client specifications. Luis began a career at Accenture, serving as a Tool Developer from October 2006 to April 2008, where automated tools were created in VBA to enhance transaction processing efficiency, alongside conducting training in VBA and SQL. Additionally, Luis held the position of Claims Analyst, ensuring claims accuracy and compliance with healthcare guidelines while mentoring new hires. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Lorma Colleges, completed in 2006.
