Allen Cockrell is an accomplished leader in healthcare strategy and innovation with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Product Strategy & Innovation at Texas Oncology, Cockrell previously held the position of Director - Transplant Strategy at Tampa General Hospital, where a three-year strategic roadmap for the Transplant service line was developed. At Florida Blue, as Senior Director of Commercial Markets Strategy, leadership was provided for strategic planning efforts, growth evaluations, and the integration of emerging technologies. Cockrell's early career at Humana included roles as Product Management Advisor and Strategic Consultant in the Consumer Innovation Incubator, focusing on health solutions and consumer engagement strategies. Allen Cockrell holds a Master's degree in Information Systems & Operations Management and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology & Law, Business Administration from the University of Florida.
