Angie Clark is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in both the medical and entrepreneurial sectors. Since May 2018, Angie serves as the owner of Angies Gluten Free Bakery. In addition, Angie has held the position of Senior Medical Scientist at Texas Oncology since April 2017, following a role as a Medical Technologist at MD Anderson Cancer Center from April 2013 to January 2016. Earlier experience includes work in DNA and RNA extractions, Sanger Sequencing, and Real-time PCR at a cancer genetics lab associated with Baylor College of Medicine. Angie also has a background in event management as Events Manager for Texas Public Policy Foundation and as Grassroots Events Coordinator for FairTax. Academically, Angie holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Genetic Technology from MD Anderson School of Health Professions, an Associate in Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Technology from HCC Coleman College for Health Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and English from the University of Houston.
