Texas Public Radio
Paul Flahive is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in reporting and production. Currently serving as an Accountability Reporter at Texas Public Radio since December 2011, Paul focuses on federal, state, and local government accountability, breaking news, and enterprise features. Previous roles include Technology Reporter, where Paul covered technology issues and created the pandemic-related podcast "The Shakeout," and Senior Producer for Worth Repeating, coordinating storytelling events. Early career experiences include freelance writing for Anchorage Daily News and managing outreach programs at Covenant House Alaska. Paul also held various positions in public radio including Station Manager at KRUA and program director roles, culminating in a BA in Journalism and Political Science from The University of Iowa.

Texas Public Radio is a member supported non-profit organization that provides public radio programming via seven radio stations. In San Antonio, the stations are KTSX 89.1 FM "News and Views" and KPAC 88.3 "Classical Oasis." KTXI 90.1 broadcasts NPR news and classical music to the Hill Country. KVHL 91.7 broadcasts public radio programming to the Highland Lakes area of Texas. KTPR 89.9 broadcasts to Midland and Big Spring. KTPD 89.3 serves Del Rio, and KCTI 1450 AM serves Gonzales.
