Michael Henry

Michael Henry has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Michael started their career as a Summer Associate and Intern at LG&E and KU Energy LLC, where they conducted legal research and assisted in responding to discovery requests. Michael then worked as an Attorney at Boehl Stopher & Graves, LLP, representing clients in various litigation matters. After that, they joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP as an Attorney, where they represented clients in employment-related administrative charges and provided legal advice on emerging issues. Currently, they are the Director and Senior Counsel - Brand Protection at Texas Roadhouse, where they manage the company's litigation docket, advises internal business partners on legal risks, and develops policies to address those risks.

Michael Henry attended the University of Louisville from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree. Prior to that, they studied at Indiana University Bloomington from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in History.
