Alice K. Marcee

Alice K. Marcee is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare law and business program development. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children since December 2020, Alice previously held significant roles at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and The University of Texas System, including Senior Associate Vice President for Health Affairs Business & Program Development and Assistant Vice Chancellor and Counsel for Academic & Health Affairs. Prior experience includes various legal positions at UT Southwestern Medical Center, contributing expertise in healthcare regulation and transactional matters. Alice holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences.
