Anthony Francis is an Associate Professor of Instruction and Lecturer in Photography at Texas State University since January 2018, where responsibilities include teaching various photography courses and conducting research on the history of photography and love. Alongside academic roles, Anthony operates as a photographic artist, creating exhibition work focused on universality, dynamic authorship, and love. With experience as an Editorial, Commercial, and Fine Art Photographer, every photograph is treated as a portrait. Anthony has also served as an Instructor at the Southwest School of Art, an English Teacher at the Academy of Science and Technology and Alief Taylor High School, and has led workshops for the Green Spaces Alliance of South Texas. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Art Education from The George Washington University, an M.F.A. in Photography from the Academy of Art University, and a Bachelor's in English Language and Literature from the University of Houston-Downtown.
