Patrick Kramer

Patrick Kramer is vice chancellor for Institutional Advancement of the Texas Tech University System and CEO of the Texas Tech Foundation.

Kramer works with leaders across the system’s five institutions to support fundraising activities at Texas Tech University, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Angelo State University, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso and Midwestern State University. He also serves as an ex officio member of the Texas Tech Alumni Association National Board of Directors.

As CEO of Texas Tech Foundation, Kramer works with the volunteer board of directors by partnering with the Board of Regents on investment and oversight, stewarding funds and caring for donors, and supporting and promoting the Texas Tech University System’s component institutions.
