Dennis Harris

Dennis Harris is a Senior UX Research Manager at Verizon, leading research initiatives to enhance retail store operations and customer engagement. With previous experience as a UX Research Manager and Senior UX Researcher, Harris has contributed significant research for Verizon's digital platforms and product families. As a Human Factors Researcher at Texas Tech University, Harris has designed and conducted studies related to human-robot interaction and supervised undergraduate research assistants. Prior to this, Harris held positions at Daito Design, Pheasant Ridge Winery, and served as a Civil Affairs Specialist in the US Army. Harris holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology with a focus on Human Factors from Texas Tech University.
