Leslie L Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Leslie L started their career at Texas Woman's University in 2006 as an Assistant Director of Admissions. After that, they joined Seton Healthcare Family in 2010 as a Training & Practice Transformation Manager, where they were responsible for managing training and support for enterprise-wide software implementation. In 2016, they returned to Texas Woman's University as an Assistant Director, focusing on outreach and employer engagement. Leslie L later transitioned to the role of Associate Director of Admissions Marketing & Communications and also served as an Adjunct Business Professor. Additionally, between 2016 and 2022, Leslie owned and operated Adales Notary.

Leslie L Pearson earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas Woman's University in 2008. Currently, Leslie is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Education Leadership & Organization from the same institution, with an expected completion date in 2023.
