Melissa Ozuna Dillon has extensive experience in employee development and communications, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Development and Communications at Texas Woman's University since September 2007. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a University Trainer at the University of North Texas from July 2001 to September 2007, where responsibilities included conducting new employee orientations and facilitating various training programs focused on emotional intelligence, customer service, diversity, and supervisory skills.
