Blair Hightower

Blair Hightower is the current Director of Health Operations at Texicare. Previously, Blair held positions as Manager Health Plans and Communications Management Liaison at CHRISTUS Health. Prior to that, Blair worked as a Member Services Representative Level II at CHRISTUS Health. Before entering the healthcare industry, Blair was a Team Lead, Tier 2 Customer Care at Walmart eCommerce. Blair also has experience in customer accounts at Honda MPE Financial Services and as a Loan Counselor at Nationstar Mortgage. Blair holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of North Texas.
