Norman Desch

Norman joined Text Connects in March of 2022 as a front-end engineer. He’s charged with making the user experience (UX) fun, look awesome, and feel intuitive, graceful and, in general, just great. Unless you have lived in a remote cabin the last ten years, you know that UX can mean the difference between success and failure of an app or online store.

Favorite programming language? Javascript. How did he learn to code? Self taught, and like others on the growing team, he is a puzzle solver who sees the end result well before he’s put every piece together.
