April Buske

April Buske is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and leadership roles, currently serving as the Manager of Member Success at Text In Church since January 2023, where initiatives for member engagement and success have been spearheaded. Prior to this, April spent over a decade at Christ Church, A United Methodist Community, holding positions as Online Campus Minister & Director of Communications and Youth Director, focusing on pastoral care and community connection. Previous roles include Training & QA Supervisor, Trainer, and Quality Assurance Specialist at Group O, where training programs were designed and implemented, and various leadership positions in customer service and human resources, providing a robust foundation in team development and operational management. April holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Ambrose University.
