Laura Jerele

Laura Jerele has 7 years of experience in the customer success and marketing industry. Laura began their career in 2002 as the Director of Store Operations for Salon Service Group, where they directed ten retail store teams in daily operations and consistently showed area market growth. In 2013, they moved to Ram Board, where they held the roles of Marketing Director/Brand Manager and Inside Sales Manager/Brand Manager. Laura is currently the Director of Customer Success at Textel, a position they have held since 2020.
