Pete Clack

Pete Clack has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Pete currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales Operations at Texthelp since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Operations Consultant at Texthelp from 2022 to 2023. From 2021 to 2022, Pete served as the VP Commercial Strategy, Planning & Insight at Mr Yum, where they led the Strategy, Planning, and Insight functions globally.

Before joining Mr Yum, Pete was the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Dext from 2020 to 2021. Pete also worked as a Commercial Growth Consultant in 2020. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Michelin Food & Travel (Michelin Travel Partner), including Managing Director, Bookatable by Michelin and Director of Strategic Planning, Bookatable by Michelin.

During their tenure at Bookatable from 2011 to 2016, Pete served as the Director of Planning & Performance and Director of Commercial Operations. Pete started their professional journey at Livebookings in 2008 as the Head of Partnerships & Business Development. Before that, they worked at Jobsite UK (Worldwide) Limited as a Sales Consultant, Advertising Agencies, and at Alphameric Limited as a Head Office Consultant.

Pete's work experience also includes various hospitality operations and management roles after completing Young's management training course in 1999. Pete managed operations at key destination venues in Oxford, London, and rural Sussex.

Pete Clack attended Oxford Brookes University from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a focus on Exercise & Health. In 2009 to 2010, they studied at The Manchester Metropolitan University and obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing Communications. Most recently, in 2020 to 2021, Pete attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to study Business Administration, Management, and Operations, although no specific degree was mentioned for this period.
