Dr Kate Riley

Dr. Kate Riley is an experienced professional in the field of textiles and sustainability, currently serving as the Fiber and Materials Strategy Lead Synthetics at Textile Exchange since November 2021. Prior roles include Manager of Future - Technical Projects and Materials Manager - Sustainability at adidas from June 2017 to October 2021, as well as Technical Consultant at Oakdene Hollins, where contributions involved sustainability projects and circular economy initiatives. Dr. Riley's academic background includes a BSc in Fashion Technology from De Montfort University, where subsequent positions encompassed Technical Instructor, PhD Student, and PT Lecturer.
