Claudia Feind has experience working at Textron Systems as a Human Resources Intern in June 2020 - August 2020. Currently, Claudia holds the title of HR Business Partner at Textron Systems starting from January 2021. In their role, Claudia supports various initiatives including learning & development, performance management, and diversity & inclusion. Claudia is also part of the HR Development Program with additional roles as HR Business Partner and Talent Management Specialist, both focusing on supporting learning & development, performance management, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
