Dr. Volker Rabe

Dr. Volker Rabe is a seasoned professional in the field of organic chemistry, holding advanced degrees from the University of Stuttgart. Currently serving as the Global Head of New Business Development and Industry Relations at TFL Group since June 2021, Dr. Rabe also leads the R&D Wet End Labs in Germany. Prior to this role, Dr. Rabe gained extensive experience at LANXESS from July 2012 to May 2021, where responsibilities included Head of Product Development Crusting and Head of Technical Product Management Crusting. Dr. Rabe began a career in project management at the Research Institute for Leather and Plastic Sheeting (FILK) from June 2010 to June 2012.
