TFL, a leading live entertainment and technology company, has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Brand Ambassador. As a Brand Ambassador for TFL, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and building/growing relationships with our current and potential partners through on-site research. You will be responsible for helping us learn about consumers in different markets and determine what our partners' schools and venues are looking for.

Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited to)

  • Event Presence:
    • Attend and represent TFL at various events within your assigned region, including college and professional sports games, and concerts.
    • Engage with fans/event attendees to promote TFL and enhance brand visibility through on & off video interviews. Examples of questions you may ask:
      • Interviewing event attendees about being a fan of the respective team/artist and what sets that individual apart from other fans.
      • Ask a variety of questions for TFL to gather research about event goers. Questions such as asking event goer how they purchased their tickets or what do they look for from a ticketing provider before buying.
    • Distribute promotional materials and educate potential customers about our ticket offerings.
  • Social Media Engagement:
    • Create and share compelling content on social media platforms to increase brand awareness. Including creation of Instagram Reels using trending sounds/songs and other creative ideas to help broaden our social content to outside of the Midwest.
    • Interviews with fans will be shot in high quality on your personal phone and sent to our digital marketing specialist. We will provide a microphone that connects to your iPhone for the best audio quality.
  • Brand Advocacy:
    • Be a passionate advocate for TFL, embodying the brand's values and promoting a positive image.
    • Share personal experiences and testimonials on your own social on occasion or be open to the option of being tagged and/or collaborated with publicly.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality while still holding a certain level of professionalism. Willingness to walk up to a stranger and interview them.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms.
  • Basic video skills (iPhone preferred) and video editing including trimming and slicing
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for live events
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and passion for live entertainment and events with emphasis in sports.
  • Fun personality and excited to learn!
