Nicole Lentz

Nicole Lentz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicole is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at both Tickets For Less and TFL since July 2023. Before that, they worked at dentsu as a Program Manager from January 2023 to May 2023. At dentsu, Nicole held several roles, including Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, from December 2021 to February 2023. Prior to their time at dentsu, they worked at DEG Digital as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager/Senior Salesforce Recruiter from April 2018 to December 2021 and as a Talent Acquisition Manager from April 2011 to April 2018. Before joining DEG Digital, they worked at Adecco Engineering and Technical as a Technical Recruiter from July 2010 to April 2011. Nicole also has experience working as an IT Recruiter at RiverPoint from July 2007 to June 2010 and as a Corporate Recruiter at LaGarde from October 2006 to June 2007. Nicole started their career at Westaff, where they worked as an HR Generalist/Branch Manager from January 2001 to October 2006.

Nicole Lentz holds a Masters degree in Human Resources from Ottawa University, which they completed between 2001 and 2003. In 1996, they attended Universidad de Guadalajara, focusing on Language and Culture. Nicole is currently pursuing a Salesforce Administrator certification from Trailhead by Salesforce. In addition to their education, Nicole has obtained certifications in "Difficult Conversations: Talking About Race at Work" from LinkedIn and "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM®) in 2020.
