Young Shon

Young joined TFS in September 2017 and leads global IT visioning, strategic planning, and support operations. He is responsible for setting the overall IT strategy and developing an IT roadmap to achieve the strategy and overseeing IT operations to ensure continuous improvements and operational excellence.

In Young’s 20+ years of IT experience supporting pharmaceutical drug development and a variety of business functions, he has an gained an excellent understanding of all aspects of IT including strategy, financial management, portfolio management, infrastructure, service desk, application development and support, analytics and data management, process improvements, and IT security. Young’s particular expertise includes leading large global IT programs to transform global teams from lower impact back office support to highly valued business partners.

Prior to joining TFS, Young directed operations and infrastructure in the pharmaceutical and management consultancy industries for AstraZeneca, Teva, and Accenture.
