Pmp® Minakshi Shanker

Minakshi Shanker, PMP®, has a comprehensive work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the clinical research and project management fields.

Starting in 2022, Minakshi is currently working as a Sr. Project Manager at TFS HealthScience - Contract Research Organization.

Prior to this, from 2021 to 2022, they were a Project Manager at Ora, Inc. In this role, they led and managed cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality clinical trials in compliance with regulations and SOPs. Minakshi was responsible for study start-up, milestone achievement, study budget management, and tracking completion of protocol review, source documents, and CRFs.

From 2014 to 2015, Minakshi served as a Project Lead at IQVIA, where they were responsible for project estimation, allocation, timeline management, and verification of project data. Minakshi worked closely with clients to estimate project phases and process groups and defined project scope, time, and risk parameters.

Between 2011 and 2013, Minakshi worked as a Senior Business Analyst/Advisory at Accenture. Minakshi'srole involved process standardization and expertise in post-production issues. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Post Production Coordinator, managing tracking reports and providing resolutions for project issues. Earlier, from 2009 to 2009, they worked as a Report Developer, where they developed standard productized reports and conducted unit testing. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Clinical Database Developer, involved in developing electronic clinical data management systems and prototype development.

Throughout their career, Minakshi has demonstrated their expertise in project management, compliance, budget management, and process improvement. Minakshi'sexperience in the clinical research and project management fields has equipped their with valuable skills and knowledge.

Minakshi Shanker, PMP®, has a diverse education history. Minakshi completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biotechnology at CMR Institute Of Management Studies from 2001 to 2004. Minakshi then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Biotechnology at fresher women's Jobs from 2004 to 2006. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they attended the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies to study Finance.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Minakshi has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Minakshi earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2021. Minakshi also obtained certifications such as Managing High Performers, Scrum: The Basics, and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in April 2021.

Furthermore, they hold Six Sigma certifications, including the Six Sigma Green Belt and the Six Sigma Yellow Belt, acquired from the Aveta Business Institute in May 2019 and March 2019, respectively. Additionally, they completed the Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization, Project Management Project, Initiating and Planning Projects, Managing Project Risks and Changes, and Budgeting and Scheduling Projects courses from Coursera between 2016 and 2017.
