Rita Hoch, MSHRM has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent roles being Human Resources Director at Tampa General Hospital and Bravera Health Brooksville & Spring Hill. Prior to these positions, they served as the Director of Human Resources at PEOple Premier, Inc. where they oversaw the HR department, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration. Rita was also a Senior Recruiter at Advantage RN and Customer Experience Manager/HR Assistant at nFinanSe. Earlier in their career, they worked at DiaTri, LLC as the Director of Customer Relations and at AFFINA as an Operations Manager, where they managed daily operations within a call center environment.
