Jennifer Rote

Jennifer Rote's work experience includes roles at TGI Fridays and RadioShack Corporation. At TGI Fridays, they began as an Attorney in 2004 and later became a Senior Attorney in 2008. Jennifer then progressed to the position of Managing Attorney in 2015, Chief Counsel in 2017, Vice President of General Counsel in 2019, and finally Senior Vice President of General Counsel in 2021. Jennifer'sresponsibilities at TGI Fridays included managing outside counsel, handling employment and real estate litigation matters, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts for corporate-owned locations. Prior to TGI Fridays, Jennifer worked as a Real Estate Attorney at RadioShack Corporation from 2000 to 2004.

Jennifer Rote completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of North Texas in 1996. Jennifer then pursued a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from the Texas Tech University School of Law, which they obtained in 1999.
