Diana Ajzen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and human capital management. As the Socia Fundadora of Coaching con Visión and Possibilia, Diana has been instrumental in delivering coaching and consulting services since 2015. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at The Granger Network, LLC, and a Fellow Coach at BetterUp, Diana additionally holds the position of Socia directora de Capital Humano at RSM México, focusing on talent management and organizational development. With a background as a Coach at Blue Wing Coaching and past involvement in executive coaching at CD Consultores, Diana has dedicated significant efforts to empowering women through the Red de Mujeres Unimoss and has held various leadership roles in the coaching field, including certification as a Professional Coach by the International Coach Federation.
