Maintenance Technician Level 2

T&H Realty Services, a premier residential Property Management Company in Indianapolis, is searching for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to work on single-family homes throughout Central Indiana. Successful candidates must possess the following:

• 3+ years of experience performing residential maintenance repairs.

• Good computer skills with the ability to use mobile technology.

• Ability to troubleshoot and perform various repairs in light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.

• Excellent follow-thru, customer service, and organizational skills.

• Equipped with the tools of the trade.

• Ability to work independently and inside a team environment.

• Available to take rotating 24-hour emergency calls.

• Valid Indiana Driver's License and good driving record.

• Applicants are subject to drug testing and criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily assigned property maintenance.

• Consistently hit weekly billable time goals.

• Ability to attend weekly team meetings.

• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
