Chayanee B. possesses extensive experience in customer relations and international coordination within the airline industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Relations at Thai Smile Airways since April 2014, Chayanee previously held the position of Senior Customer Service. Prior to this role, Chayanee worked as an International Relations Coordinator at Thai Airways International from May 2012 to June 2014. Chayanee holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Management from Strayer University, completed between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor Degree of Arts (B.A.) in Business French from Assumption University in Bangkok, Thailand, obtained from 2002 to 2006.
